General Information
You are responsible for maintaining your apartment during your stay and we have onsite maintenance personnel to help. The maintenance of your apartment is something that should be as important to you as it is to us because a properly maintained apartment will make your stay that much happier. We promptly address all maintenance requests, no matter how small.
Maintenance Requests
As a service to our residents we accept regular maintenance requests to be submitted via your Resident Portal. In almost all cases, this will be free of charge to you. Anything from slow drains, to dripping faucets, to light bulbs being burned out - we take care of it for you.
Emergency maintenance requests should be first called in to our 24-hour emergency maintenance pager system by dialing our office phone number and following the vocal prompts. For security breaches or serious illness, please call 911 and calmly give the dispatcher your name and address.
PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO SUBMIT ANY MAINTENANCE REQUESTS THAT YOU HAVE. WE TAKE PRIDE IN MAINTAINING OUR APARTMENTS AND PROMPTLY RESPONDING TO OUR CUSTOMERS REQUESTS IN ORDER TO MAKE THE LIVING EXPERIENCE MORE ENJOYABLE.
